Our team of more than 100 professionals strategically distributed in 27 countries across Asia Pacific, The Americas and Europe has a successful trajectory in the world’s leading economies, accumulating more than 400 years of experience.

The Signium Board is comprised of partners from each country, thus representing the diversity and the global nature of the firm. It is our partners who are responsible for managing strategy, communications and teams throughout the organization. In this manner, we achieve consistent quality standards and methodology.

The Signium International alliance guarantees the same technical resources and quality standards for each of our offices. In addition, as one of the founders of AESC (The Association of Executive Search Consultants), Signium International assisted in developing the Ethical and Professional Codes for the sector, still conscientiously maintained by the firm to this day.

Founded over fifty years ago by Henry Wardwell Howell, the firm has been built with the objective of recruiting the best candidates for top level positions. We define executive search as an extension of management consultancy. We know our clients’ business and are aware of movements in industry sectors as well as projections for the future. We are the eyes and ears of the market, which helps us to prepare companies for the future. We set out to ensure that our clients are able to continue growing in an ever-changing world.

Thanks to the hard work done by our predecessors; we have reached new heights of expansion, allowing us to grow and attain a level of integrated involvement at all stages. The current board and I, working together with the share-holders, have defined our goals for the future, and our goal is to keep growing. The creation of alliances and new acquisitions, the international expansion of the brand name, Signium International, the founding of new practices, and the creation of a competence center is the key to the development of our firm in the future.
