Signium International Bao & Partners Adds New Managing Director

September 21, 2007 - Bao & Parters Signium International is pleased to announce the incorporation of a new Managing Director. Maribel Ferrero will be responsible for TICE (Technology, Information, Communications< and Entertainment). Maribel is fluent in English and French.

Maribel has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

In addition to her bachelor’s degree, Maribel has additional studies in:

• Financial and Treasury Management (ESADE)
• Commercial and Marketing Management (ESADE)
• Alcaltel International Management Program (INSEAD)
• Management Training Program (LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL)

Ms. Ferrero's experience includes:

• Banco Zaragozano: Corporate Banking Analyst
• Cabletron Systems: Commercial Director and Country Manager of the Subsidiary in Spain and Portugal
• Alcaltel BSD: Sales Director
• Lucent Technologies: Managing Director BCS Spain and Portugal
• Motorola: General Manager PCS
