Signium International/Neusearch Promotes Elena Bignamini to Partner

Crystal Lake, IL, June 2, 2008 – Signium International, Inc., a global executive search firm with 39 offices in 21 countries, announces the promotion of Elena Bignamini to Partner of Neusearch located in Milan, Italy. The promotion is effective July 2008.

Ms. Bignamini joined Neusearch/Signium International in 2001. During her tenure, she has been active in many organizational projects and international executive search for a variety of sectors including: healthcare, consumer goods, finance, and professional services (legal and consulting). Currently, her primary focus is on the lifestyle sector.

Prior to her career at Neusearch, Ms. Bignamini was hired to start-up the Italian branch of Kelly Services as Senior Recruiter. After two years, she was promoted to Operations Manager, where she was in charge of managing and organizing Kelly Select, the business unit of permanent placement for corporate clients.  

Prior to working for Kelly Select, Ms. Bignamini served as Operations Manager at Universa scarl, Tecnoalliance Group, where she conducted the recruitment and outsourcing services for mid- and large-sized companies specializing in banking and finance. Ms. Bignamini earned a Masters degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Cattolica University in Milan, Italy.
