Signium France Adds New Senior Consultants

November 27, 2007 - Nathalie Padier has joined Signium International Paris as a Senior Consultant. Nathalie will concentrate on financial services and industry. 

In 1993, she began her career with Credit Lyonnais, located in Paris, as a Relationship Manager. In 1998, she joined ABN AMRO in the USA as a Senior Corporate and Investment Banker; working closely on senior assignments with global corporations across a broad range of industries and services. Subsequently, Nathalie worked with Northwestern Mutual as a Wealth Advisor.  She then returned to France and joined VMS France in 2006 as a Search Consultant.

Nathalie graduated in Economics and Finance from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a BA in Literature and a BA in History.

Sonia Sikorav has also joined Signium International Paris as a Senior Consultant.  Sonia's area of expertise is industry. 

Sonia has spent her whole career in industry, starting with Rhone-Poulenc in 1982 in R&D, then in Strategy.  In 1991 she joined the Saint-Gobain Group; where she held several industrial line management positions. In particular, she was Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Industrial Controls Systems and Managing Director of Carborundum Insulation Technology.  In 2000, she created the function of Group Purchasing Officer and became a member of the Group Management Committee.  In 2005, she joined Alstom Transport as Senior Vice President in charge of Strategy and Product Development and a member of the Executive Committee.

Sonia graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure. She holds a Ph.D in Chemistry and Physics and attended the MIT Sloan Fellow Program at the Sloan School of Management.
