Signium International Expands to Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia
Chicago, IL. August 26, 2009 – Signium International, Inc. announces the addition of Tessera Executive Search, a retained-based executive search firm, with offices in Toronto, Canada, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The firm has been in operation for nearly six years and has delivered on over 500 mandates across the Gulf Cooperative Council, Levant, North Africa, Canada and United States.
Tessera MENA (Middle East North Africa) was established to address the noticeable absence of professional and effective recruiters in the region. Asad Haider, Managing Partner in Dubai, was educated in Turkey and has worked for a number of multinationals including Procter & Gamble in Pakistan, Renault in Germany and Pepsi in Dubai. He has a well-rounded background in a variety of functions including Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
Peter Grech, Managing Partner in Toronto, worked at Highland Partners (now Heidrick & Struggles) prior to launching Tessera in Toronto. Based in their Toronto office, he recruited for clients in the financial services, hi-tech, professional services and manufacturing industries. Client organizations ranged from start-ups to the largest corporations in Canada and the United States.
