Biography: Gilberto has a degree in engineering and general management and human resources at Insead, with a deep experience in Human Resources, Communications and Business Management. He began his career as a manager at Rhodia, where he worked for 29 years, leading businesses in Brazil and later, Argentina, where he occupied the presidency of the company. In France, the multinational headquarters, was responsible for the Human Resources Polyamide division, with strong presence in Western and Eastern Europe. At Votorantim, one of the most important industrial conglomerates in Brazil, present in 23 countries, served for 10 years as Corporate Director for Human Development and Organizational. Helped to development people management culture, in addition to processes in the pursuit of excellence in business and its internationalization. |
