Biography: Paul is a Director in our London office and leads our UK Leadership Consulting Practice. He is an experienced management consultant, specialising in talent and transformation and has worked with a wide range of FTSE 100/250 and Fortune 500 organisations in many industries including industrial, life sciences, ICT and financial services sectors. He leads a number of client engagements involving leadership and talent evaluation and development, executive coaching, strategic alignment, organisational effectiveness and high-potential programmes.
Prior to his current role, Paul was a Senior Principal in a global talent management firm where he led a number of large assessment and development programmes as well as being the Global Account Manager for several blue-chip clients. He also worked with a human capital consultancy where he led client engagements involving organisational change and across EMEA.
Before moving into consultancy, Paul held a number of management roles in Product & Project Management, Key Account Management, Marketing and Business Development within the Industrial and Utilities sectors.
Paul holds an MBA (with Distinction) from University of Leicester Business School and a Diploma in Management.
Paul is married with four children and in his spare time coaches a number of youth teams at a local football club where he is also the Club Secretary. |
