Biography: Michelle is a founding member of Talent Africa and a shareholder. She heads up the Assessment Services Practice for Talent Africa and has worked on numerous small and large scale talent management projects with clients across a variety of industries.
Michelle conducts assessments at middle, senior and executive level for selection, development, training and succession planning as well as for team and organisational development purposes.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (cum laude) from the University of South Africa.
She is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Profession's Council and is accredited in many international assessment tools and methodologies.
When she is not in the office you will find Michelle enjoying a good book, experimenting in the kitchen or spending time with friends and family. |
