Alberto, Partner, holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF (Spain). He has also completed a Corporate Development Program at IESE Business School and is also a certified Coach.
Professional Profile
Alberto has more than 13 years of experience in multinational companies where he has carried out managerial roles in Human Resources, Selection and Search, and in Executive Talent Projects. Before joining Signium, Alberto worked as a Partner of Leadership and Human Resources Practices in Spain at a global Executive Search firm. Previously, between 2008 and 2016, Alberto held several management positions at Banco Santander, first as Global Head Talent Acquisition, then Human Resources Senior Manager for Top Executive, and later was appointed Human Resources Director of Global Corporate Banking, with international responsability in EMEA, LATAM, USA and APAC. Before that, he worked for three years as Director in an International Recruiting Consulting firm.
