Biography: Didier Busard joined the Brussels Signium Team mid 2017. A passionate believer in learning agility with an experience of more than 30 years in a wide range of senior positions (operations, risk, international project management, internal audit, compliance and as member of the Board in HR) in the insurance sector. Career management including coaching, mentoring, assessment, performance management, succession planning are amongst his favorite topics. Last years he accompanied several executives during their career moves. In a faster moving and evermore complex world management development and leadership have to evolve at the same rhythm and intensity. At Signium Belgium he has the ambition to prepare organizations to install in a tailor-made qualitative way a progressive approach of critical leadership knowledge and skills at various points in the leadership journey of the clients. He graduated as Master in Law at the Rijksuniversiteit Ghent, followed successfully an MBA at The Vlerick Management School and obtained a Master in Human Resources. Dutch native he is also fluent in French and English.
