Professional Profile
Felipa has more than 25 years of professional experience in Executive Search. She was one of the founders of Heidrick & Struggles in Portugal; responsible for the start-up of the office in Angola, business development in Mozambique, and also managing the Lisbon office's Executive Search and Leadership Consulting projects. Felipa was a CFO in a TMT and Services Group, and has also been Financial Director of the Lisbon Oceanarium and the Multipurpose Pavilion; responsible from the start-up phase of construction specifications until the delivery of the project and its operational management. She previously worked as a Controller at Danone International Brands and as Senior Associate at KPMG.
