Alfonso has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ICADE and a MBA from the Columbia University.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
He has more than 30 years of professional experience, 18 of them in the Executive Search sector. He has developed his professional career primarily in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Signium, he was the Vice President of the Investment Banking Division in JP Morgan as well as Citibank in New York and Madrid. Furthermore, as Senior Partner he was responsible for the Financial Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles for 10 years.
