Biography: Senior Executive Search Consultant at Signium Sweden. Previously partner at SIMS/Signium. Mr Magnusson has a graduate in Sociology with a Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA. Börje Magnusson received his Bachelor of Science in Personnel Administration, including psychology and business economics, from the University of Gothenburg in 1972. This was followed by a Diploma in Business Administration in 1976 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1986.
Mr. Magnusson began his career within the personnel field involving recruitment to a Volvo company. In 1974, he began a 14-year career with Eastman Kodak Company in Sweden and held various positions including Personnel Manager, Branch Laboratory Manager and Marketing Manager. During this time at Kodak, Mr. Magnusson studied business economics and received his MBA.
In 1987, Mr. Magnusson joined SIMS AB, Scandinavian & International Management Search, the Swedish affiliate of Signium, as executive search consultant. He became partner in SIMS one year later and has since enjoyed a successful practice in the executive search industry. |
