Biography: Stella has over a decade of experience of managing retained executive searches in Greater China. She focuses on senior management searches for the consumer and industrial sector. She is also a specialist in searches for senior HR and Finance professionals across different industries in the region.
Prior to Signium Greater China, Stella worked in another leading global executive search firm for ten years. She worked in Shanghai and Beijing before moving to Hong Kong in 2005, and built an excellent track record of managing searches successfully in Greater China. Her strong research background gives her unique advantages in solving difficulties in the talent sourcing process and consistently deliver good results.
She obtained her MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and her Bachelor degree from Shanghai. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and the Shanghai dialect. |
