Biography:

Partner at Signium since 2017. Previously Executive Search Consultant at Signium. Master's degree in Business Administration, graduated from the University of Stockholm. 

Since 2006, Åsa Mitsell has been working within the executive search field and placed a large number of managers and professionals in leading positions within the private sector. In her consulting role, Åsa is primarily focused on recruitment within sales and marketing in the industrial sector, FMCG, IT and telecom.
 
Åsa has a broad background in sales management. She began her career as a consultant in sales and leadership development. She then went on to work as a recruitment consultant at the executive search firm K2 Search for nearly eight years; where she held several line management roles and as Managing Director. 

Prior to Signium, Åsa worked as Managing Partner at Sales Executive Search.
