Sofia started as a professional in Human Resources in 2004 at Paradigma Consultores Asociados. She then joined Nike where she remained for 3 years as Training Coordinator. Prior to joining Wall Chase Executive, now Signium Argentina, she served as a Business Partner at Accenture Consultancy for 5 years, working in the Shared Services Center supporting the Center of Expertise.
