Pascale Parraud-Apparu began her career at the French Consulate in Chicago in 1986. When back in France, she has held various positions in the US law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher, specializing in international business law.
Pascale became a Search Consultant in 2005 in the Board and Industry Practices of the British leading firm Whitehead Mann, then the American search Firm Korn Ferry.
Until 2011, when she participated as a Partner in the creation of TM Partenaires, an Executive and Board search Firm.
Pascale has a dual specialization in Governance Consulting (Board assessments and Board searches) and executive search in the industrial field.
Pascale graduated from Paris V-Descartes University in Economics and Statistics Studies (1984) and from DuPage College-Illinois (1985).
She volunteers with the 21st Century Club; a think tank that promotes a positive vision of diversity.
