Marcio Lutterbach is a partner at Signium Brazil, where he takes charge of the following segments: Professional Services, Financial Services with focus on Private Equities and Family Offices as well as companies operating in the infrastructure segment.
Before joining Signium, Mr. Lutterbach was a key performer in strategic consulting, financial institutions and Big Four firms, heading M&A and infrastructure projects. Over 30 years of professional experience and relevant projects completed, both in M&A and infrastructure. In addition to being a partner at Signium, at present he is a retired partner of PwC Brasil and acts as professional advisor.
In his professional career, held several leadership positions and stood out heading several multifunctional teams. Companies where he acted as Executive or Partner include PwC, IBM Brasil, Arthur D. Little, LLoyds Bank and KPMG.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (UFRJ), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (COPPEAD-UFRJ/Università Luigi Bocconi (Italy), a Master’s degree in Industrial Projects (COPPE-UFRJ) and has attended several specialization courses at institutions such as INSEAD and PUC-RJ.
His main hobby is sports. He is also a member of IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance).
