As an Associate Partner working with numerous national and international businesses such as PWC, IBM, RBC, and Air Canada, Rob’s expertise lies in his innate ability to understand and identify the people leaders and skills needed to implement large scale technology projects. Throughout his career he has advised CIOs, CTOs and Global Technology leaders on how to approach and staff programs to best position them for long-term success.
Rob has led international teams to deliver multi-million-dollar projects across Canada and Europe by spearheading technological transformation at some of the world’s best-known companies. Some examples include defining the standardized approach to API development within financial services, introducing award-wining mobile applications for customer self-service within the transportation sector, and redefining global procurement and operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
His knowledge of what it takes to successfully implement large, multi-national IT projects and the skills necessary for various roles has enabled him to identify and bring together highly skilled and effective teams to catapult companies to the next level.
Rob has a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto and has completed advanced programs in Mobile Design and Development and Agile Principles and Methodologies.
