Dominique is graduate of Durham University and a graduate of Meyler Cambell's Business Coach Program, accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Worldwide Assocation of Business Coaches, and awarded the European Quality Award conferred by the European Mentoring Council.
With almost 30 years' experience in Search and Selection, Dominique works exclusively at partner and General Counsel level. Search assignments include General Counsel for global corporates as well as partners for leading UK, US and international law firms across the globe. Successful placements include the General Counsel for Teva in Moscow, a high profile Energy team into the London offices of the leading US law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, the General Counsel for Atrium in Amsterdam and the first UK partner hire into Simpson Thacher’s London office. A dual French/Anglo nationality has helped her on mandates in French and Francophone markets, and fluent Spanish has come in handy too.
Dominique has also brokered a number of law firm mergers in London and is often consulted by law firm management on their growth strategy in Europe. Known for her market intelligence, she is often retained by law firms on Due Diligence assignments carried out on potential partner hires.
Her work also covers Leadership Coaching and she recently assisted Freshfields in creating and presenting a pioneering Leadership Course aimed at the Next Generation General Counsel. As an accredited coach, having completed Coaching Programs at Meyler Campbell and the Ashridge Business School, Dominique is passionate about Presentation and Communication as well as Career Transitioning.
Dominique was a founding partner of Graham Gill, one of the leading Legal Search firms based in London and the first to have focused exclusively on partner level mandates. Since January 2015, Graham Gill have gone global by joining forces with Signium.
When not at work, Dominique teaches karate and works on voice-overs.
