Biography: Ahmed Abdel Nour's experience in business development spans 14 years during which he successfully acquired business in a wide multitude of sectors including manufacturing, telecommunications, retail & distribution, cement, and Pharma as well as expanding reach into growing businesses in the FMCG, Manufacturing, and BPO ‘Business Process Outsourcing’ sectors. Ahmed’s operational experience covers a range of HR services including Recruitment, Talent Assessment, Reward & Compensation Consultancy, Organization Design & Development, and HR Operations.
Ahmed has a proven ability to manage regional assignments in recruitment and assessment and to lead heterogeneous teams. He has a strong record in leading community projects targeted at building SME’s capabilities in establishing and effectively running their HR function. He additionally supported as a technical expert several government initiatives within Egypt aimed at shrinking the unemployment gap and boosting the employability of front line talent.
He is in the process of completing a Master of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology and has a Bachelor of Archeology, Faculty of Archeology Cairo University. He is a A&DC certified Assessor.
