Dr. Rolf Dahlems has a university degree in Mechanical Engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur), a Master Degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a PhD in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.); Technical University Dortmund / University of Cologne. Following his career start in strategic consulting he managed the office of the Chairman of the Board of the Rheinmetall group, responsible for corporate planning and reporting. Subsequently he had a management function in finance for the subsidiary WMF AG.
He returned to consulting when he joined Heidrick & Struggles. Here, he was Managing Partner and Regional Head Germany. Since more than 20 years he is Managing Partner at Signium International, Duesseldorf.
