Horst Neller offers his business partners more than thirty years of functional and leadership experience in manufacturing, advanced technology, IT and telecommunications as well as logistics, transport and supply chain management.
He graduated from University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg, Germany, where he had a major in business administration and organization theory. Later, in his two-year training as General Staff officer at the General Staff Academy, he specialized in leading international organisations and the associated topic of intercultural management.
His practical experience he acquired as squadron commander in supply chain management and logistics within the German Air Force and following his move to industry in the early 90s as a General Manager of an intra-logistics technology center.
In the mid-90s he started his career in consulting, first at Kienbaum and later with Heidrick & Struggles. Since then, Horst Neller applies his experience in executive search assignments spanning all of the above mentioned industries and functions. The common denominator across all segments is “the technological complexity of products, structures, processes or services” equipping leaders and managers with transferable core skills and competencies across the cluster.
In 2003, Horst Neller joined Signium Germany as Managing Partner. His clients include international listed corporations as well as SME’s which he advises across functions in upper-level management, both in search and evaluation of executives as well as execution of management audit assignments. From 2013-2016, Horst Neller served as Vice Chairman of the global Board of Signium.
