Biography:

Margareta Glass completed her studies in business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. She began her career in the late 80s at Estée Lauder Cosmetics in Munich.

Mid-90s, she joined the Executive Search industry. Initially , she was with Heidrick & Struggles offices in Dusseldorf and Munich. She looks back on many successful years as a partner in leading executive search companies, before she became a managing partner at Signium Germany, Munich in August 2014. Today, she also holds the CFO position of Signium Germany.

Her customers include international corporations, medium-sized, owner-managed companies. She specializes on selling, consumer goods and real estate management.

Consumer Goods/Retail

Margareta Glass looks back on a successful track record in the trading sector. She built up her experience on the sustainable filling of numerous pan-European leadership positions. Her customers are successful trading and producing companies with headquarters in the DACH-countries.

As a result of her longstanding consulting experience, particularly in Eastern Europe, she has reliable networks in the respective countries-consisting of candidates and experts whom she accompanied for many years.

She is strongly focused on the areas of retail (food/non-food) and FMCG; in particular in the food and distance selling companies, e-commerce with innovative multi-channel approaches in fashion/lifestyle companies, trading companies with subsidiary concepts, store-concepts as well as in the implementation of vertical systems.

In every industry she can prove numerous placements in central positions, as in general management, marketing / sales, purchasing and logistics, manufacturing, finance and expansion.

Real Estate Management

In the real estate business, Margareta Glass advises investors and service companies, real estate companies, banks and capital investment companies, project developers, as well as asset, property and facility management companies. In addition, she works for municipal, cooperative and free housing associations. She has in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and a broad network.
