Jade Jalmasco

Jade Jalmasco is a Director of Signium Singapore. She leads the Consumer Goods & Services and co-leads the Life Sciences sector practices.

Prior to joining Signium, Jade brings with her some 9 years of Human Resources and Executive Search consulting experience placing mainly key leadership teams based in the Philippines. She managed key clients, mostly multinational companies in the Consumer, Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors. In addition to Executive Search Consulting, Jade also handles business development and end-to-end recruitment.

Jade is a HR professional with specific experience in talent acquisition, resource planning, and training for optimal performance in a pilot/start-up operation.

Prior to Jade’s professional journey in HR and Executive Search, she worked in the United States for more than 10 years with an American Global MNC where she had proven success in managing highly customer and service-driven retail store operations. She successfully improved productivity through hands-on supervision of sizeable work teams with diverse demographics.

Jade holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and earned her MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. She also holds a HR Certification in Human Resource Studies through e-Cornell. She recently completed the certificate course in Introduction to Organization Development from Ateneo CORD.

On a personal note, Jade enjoys travelling, music, theater, film, reading, baking and craftwork.
