Pascale Parraud-Apparu began her career at the French Consulate in Chicago in 1985. When back to France, she held various positions at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a US law firm specializing in international business. In 2007, she became a Search Consultant of the Board and Industry practices at the leading British firm Whitehead Mann, then the American firm Korn Ferry International.  Co-founder of TM Partenaires in 2011, she has advised a wide range of French & European listed and unlisted companies in corporate governance advisory and C-level searches. 

She joined Signium in 2018, specializing in Governance consulting (board assessments and board searches of non-executive independent directors) and executive searches, mostly in the Industrial and Services sectors. She has developed a recognized expertise on corporate governance norms, diversity, and best practices in France and in Europe.

Pascale graduated from Paris V-Descartes University in Statistics, Economy and Business Management and from Dupage College-Illinois. She volunteers with the 21st Century Club, a Think Tank and Do Tank that promotes a positive vision of diversity. Pascale is fluent in French and English.
