Stephen Ellett

Prior to joining Signium, Stephen spent over ten years holding sales and marketing management positions with global blue-chip corporations: Pepsi-Cola and Energizer in New Zealand and in Asia before he joined Maurice in the early 2000s as a Director of Signium New Zealand.

He has led numerous searches for Chief Executives, General Managers, C-suite executives and Non-Executive Directors across a wide range of industries and has completed a number of notable Director appointments in New Zealand. Stephen’s earlier commercial experience and corporate perspective facilitates “his high standards and expertise in evaluating ‘fit’ of senior executives” to C-level roles.

Stephen has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Auckland and is a member of the Institute of Directors. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with family, walking the New Zealand wilderness, movies, and travelling overseas to exotic destinations.
