Uberto has been Practice Leader and Equity Partner at Key2people since 2017 and Senior Advisor at EXS Italia, part of GiGroup, since 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Previously, he spent almost 30 years in the Pirelli Group in positions of increasing responsibility, including Global SVP Sales &amp; Marketing and SVP of the 2-wheel business unit, where he spent 12 years between Austria and Germany. He was also CEO of Cicli Pinarello, a leading company in the bicycle sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Uberto holds a degree in Political Science. He is married with four children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, skiing and golf.
