Kristi Stepp is a Managing Partner at Signium USA. She brings more than 25 years of global human resources and leadership advisory experience to her work with clients. She has led talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across multiple industries\u2014including automotive, healthcare, food and beverage, and workforce solutions\u2014drawing on deep international and multicultural expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristi leads the firm’s leadership advisory practice, helping organizations strengthen individual, team, and enterprise performance. Her corporate career includes senior HR leadership roles at General Motors, Kelly Services, Pepsi-Cola, and Volkswagen. As Global Head of Talent Development at General Motors, she oversaw development for more than 65,000 salaried employees worldwide, including 12,000 people leaders and 20,000 employees outside North America. During her tenure with Kelly Services, she was based in Singapore, managing HR operations across the Asia-Pacific region and later founded the company’s first global organizational effectiveness center of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and two advanced degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Systems. She holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification through HRCI and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristi is committed to mission-driven organizations through her long-standing community service. She serves on the boards of Gleaners Community Food Bank and Pewabic Pottery, both based in Metro Detroit. She strengthens organizational capacity by serving on the HR committees for both organizations. Kristi is also a member of the Detroit Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team, contributing to efforts that elevate women’s heart health and community awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristi’s civic leadership extends nationally through her life membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she recently served as her chapter’s Strategic Planning Chair and as faculty for the regional Great Lakes Leadership Academy. She is also an active member of The Links, Incorporated, serving as her chapter’s president and championing the organization’s mission of friendship and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
