She started her career in talent acquisition, where she developed expertise in recruitment, candidate assessment, and market research. With a strong interest in leadership evaluation and organizational growth, she now contributes to executive search projects at Signium, applying a structured and collaborative methodology to support impactful leadership appointments.

She is passionate about building meaningful connections with candidates and clients, while promoting diversity and inclusion in every search process.

She graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business with a degree in International and European Economic Studies.
