Marisa Pereira

Marisa Salgado joined Signium in 2026. She brings over three decades of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, mentoring, assessment, and organizational development. She holds internationally recognized certifications, including Hogan (Artisan), CliftonStrengths (Gallup), Janusian Leadership Style Assessment (Korppe), and Integrated Coaching from the International Coaching Institute (ICI).

Throughout her career, Marisa has worked across multiple industries and functions, holding leadership roles in global organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Grupo Globo, and Cetelem/BNP Paribas. She is a co-author of six books, including “Histórias de Sucesso” (Global Partners), “Mulheres que Transformam” (Editora Leader), and “Mentores Fora de Série” (Top2You).

Marisa is an Ambassador for Conscious Capitalism Brazil and the United Nations Global Compact, reinforcing her commitment to ethical leadership, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

She has a passion for traveling, continuous learning, and reading. She is a music lover and has a deep appreciation for art therapy and nature, particularly flowers — with a special connection to the lotus flower, a symbol of renewal, resilience, and new beginnings.
