Zhen Shen is an experienced business advisor and people manager with 20 years of diversified experience across listed corporations, NGOs, world-leading leadership consulting firms, and start-ups.

As Managing Partner of Signium Greater China, based in Shanghai and Hong Kong, Zhen specializes in addressing one core organizational challenge for global companies:

Prior to joining Signium, Zhen spent 15 years at leading global executive search and board advisory firms, serving as a consultant and team leader. He combines global industry insights with local market expertise to deliver tailored executive talent solutions.

Zhen began his career as Chief of Staff at China Sports Industry Group and as a member of the Beijing Olympic Games Organizing Committee. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Education from Shanghai International Studies University and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
