Seongho Lee

As a Partner at Signium Korea, Seongho Lee focuses on aligning business strategy with leadership pipelines, drawing from an extensive career across management consulting, corporate HR leadership, and executive search.

Prior to joining Signium, he was a Senior Executive at UnicoSearch, where he focused on Board of Director appointments, C-suite searches, and successor identification for key positions. His sector expertise covers Automotive, Chemicals, Semiconductors, AI & Digital Platforms, Financial Services, and Bio-Pharma.

During his tenure as a Vice President at LG Electronics, Seongho was responsible for executive talent acquisition, fostering future business leaders, and driving enterprise-wide cultural transformation. He also spearheaded the implementation of Skill-based HR through digital systems and AI-based profiling. His background includes serving as a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where he led the Leadership Assessment and Consulting business, and holding senior leadership roles at IBM, Kearney, Deloitte, and EY, advising on HR innovation, organizational design, and transformation.
