Heena Kim

Heena joined Signium as a Partner in 2026. She supports corporate leaders navigating growth and transformation through specialized leadership consulting, executive coaching, and talent development. Her professional journey, spanning over 26 years, has been driven by her core life philosophy: fostering mutual growth and exchanging positive energy with others.

Previosuly, Heena served as an HR Executive at SK Gas and SK Discovery for seven years. During her tenure, she led leadership development, HR management, and organizational change management. Her career is built on a solid foundation of strategic expertise, having worked as a consultant at Arthur D. Little, a global management consulting firm, and as a strategic planner across diverse industries, including SK Networks, Hyundai Card, and GE Capital.

Heena holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Yonsei University. She is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals unlock their potential by bridging strategic insight with human-centric leadership.
