Minseon Son

Minseon Son joined Signium Korea as a Consultant in December 2025.

Prior to joining Signium, Minseon was an executive at LG Uplus – a Telco company, serving as VP of Future Tech Strategy. She spent over 20 years within LG, starting as a business strategy consultant at LG Research Institute, venturing tech-driven business opportunities at LG Electronics, and pioneering initiatives, including the world’s first 5G cloud gaming service in partnership with NVIDIA, as well as AI- based consumer services at LG Uplus.

Her career combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, built on a foundation of IT consulting, corporate research, and service launch leadership. Her work spans into technology scouting, service design, go-to-market execution, and operational scaling.

Drawing on this experience, Minseon helps organizations clearly articulate leadership needs. She believes that hiring not simply as a people decision, but as a way of solving business challenges, and identifying executives who are not only well-qualified on paper but genuinely suited to the company’s context, culture, and strategic direction. Beyond placement, she is motivated to support leaders in taking root within their new organizations, enabling them to build credibility, align with teams, and ultimately contribute to meaningful and sustainable performance.
