Virginie Jullien has over 13 years of experience as a consultant, including a senior executive role at Deloitte where she led major transformation projects for both private and public organizations, nationally and internationally. Rising from analyst to senior manager, she developed deep expertise in business process optimization, organizational design, team dynamics, and leadership development, working with clients such as Colruyt, SNCB/NMBS, DHL, Ford, Spadel, Johnson & Johnson, Ontex, and Barco. Her consulting career has equipped her with strong skills in project management, leadership, change management, and communication.
Her professional and personal journey was further enriched by four years living as an expatriate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This international experience provided her with valuable cultural agility and a unique global perspective, deepening her understanding of intercultural issues and the challenges that come with adapting to new environments and cultures.
Today, as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Virginie combines her consulting and coaching expertise to guide individuals and organizations through meaningful and transformative change. She specializes in leadership development, burnout prevention and recovery, confidence building, stress and energy management, motivation, and resilience. She conducts assessments, skills evaluations, and personality tests to help clients identify their strengths and development areas, empowering them to shape fulfilling careers. She also leads individual and team coaching, corporate workshops, training sessions, and conferences focused on well-being, sustainable performance, and team cohesion.
Virginie is also the author of “Pandore a raison. Ouvrons les boĆ®tes!”, a book inspired by her coaching practice, personal experiences, and reflections on how individuals and organizations are conditioned. It explores the invisible injunctions that shape our behaviors and limit our potential, offering insights and tools to break free and create meaningful change.
A native of Belgium, Virginie’s mother tongue is French; she is fluent in English and has a good command of Dutch. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from UCL Louvain-la-Neuve.
