He is Global Head of Signium\u2019s Consumer Practice, a member of Signium\u2019s Industrial, Education, and Technology Practices and a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, the global industry body for the executive search and leadership consulting industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">He has recruited across a variety of regions internationally and across a range of ownership structures including listed, private, and venture\/private capital funded organisations. These span multi-national companies to challenger brands, for which he has a particular passion. He also has a particular interest in achieving diversity in leadership, being an early advocate of promoting high quality diverse shortlists. This has also led to him advising organisations on their employer branding and leadership attraction strategies to engage the very best leaders in today\u2019s competitive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">A Sociology graduate, Matthew speaks French and Spanish badly but tries his best.
