A&L Goodbody (ALG) has appointed 11 new partners – eight in Dublin and three in Belfast:

David Rowan as Partner Corporate M&A, Belfast

Mark Stockdale as Partner Corporate & Energy, Belfast

Aramark has announced the appointment of Jim O’Brien as its new HR Director Northern Europe. He was previously Head of HR with daa and HR Director at Bank of Ireland prior to that.

Arthur Cox has appointed 4 new partners in its Belfast office:

David Black as Partner in the Dispute Resolution team. He has been with the firm since 2011.

Cahal Carvill as Partner in the Infrastructure, Construction and Utilities team and has worked with the firm since 2008.

Mark Jameson as Partner in the Real Estate team. He has been with the firm since 2018, and worked for Pinsent Masons LLP in the UK for 13 years, prior to this.

Chris Milligan as Partner in the Real Estate team. He has been with the firm since 2018.

C&D Foods has announced the appointment of Colm Dore as its new Managing Director. He was previously General Manager and has been with ABP in Ireland since 2004.

Codex Office Solutions has announced the appointment of Patrick Murphy as its CEO. He was previously Director of Operations.

Costa Coffee has appointed Neil Lake as Managing Director of Ireland & UK. He joined the company in September 2018 as Retail and Operations Director. Prior to this, he spent 6 years working with Coles Group in Australia, most recently as General Manager Merchandise Grocery.

Deliveroo has announced the appointment of Michael Healy as General Manager in the Republic of Ireland. He was previously Chief Marketing Officer with The Restaurant Group plc, and Commercial Product Director with Paddy Power Betfair prior to that.

Deloitte Ireland has appointed 8 new partners:

Yvonne Byrne as Consulting Partner in Deloitte Digital. She has worked with Deloitte since 2015 and worked with KPMG prior to this.

Matthew Dolan as Tax Partner. He has worked with Deloitte since 2013.

Brian Fennelly as Partner in the Financial Advisory practice. He has worked with Deloitte since 2016 and was Director – Structured Finance at Rabobank for 7 years prior to this.

John Kehoe as Partner in the Audit and Assurance practice. He has worked with Deloitte since 2006.

Vincent McCullagh as Tax Partner. He previously worked with Grant Thornton and Mazars.

Ciaran McGovern as Partner in the Consulting practice. He has worked with Deloitte since 2013, and worked with Distinct Consulting & Boston Scientific prior to this.

Ruairi Mitchell as Partner in the Consulting practice. He has worked with Deloitte since 2017. Prior to this, he spent six years at Paddy Power Betfair, most recently as Head of Enterprise Portfolio and Delivery.

Laura Wadding as Partner in the Risk Advisory practice. She has been with Deloitte since 2015 and worked with BNP Paribas Security Services for 10 years, most recently as Head of Transfer Agency.

Dillon Eustace has appointed Shane Coveney as Partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Practice. He worked with A & L Goodbody for 5 years prior to this.

ENET has appointed Cormac Ryan as Sales Director. He has worked with the company since 2016 and spent 8 years with BT Ireland, most recently as Client Director.

Expleo Ireland has appointed Melanie Byrne as Director Business Analysis and Business Process Management. She has worked with the company since 2013. Prior to this, she worked with Vision Consulting for 15 years as a Business Analyst/QA.

Holmes O'Malley Sexton Solicitors have appointed 6 new partners;

Wayne Finn as Partner in the Litigation department. He has worked with HOMS since 2011 and worked with AIG & Quinn Direct Insurance prior to this.

Pat McInerney as Partner specialising in commercial litigation. He has been with the firm since 2013 and was a lecturer in NUI Galway and University of Limerick prior to this.

Michael Murphy as Partner in the Litigation Department. He has worked with the firm for 10 years.

Piarais Neary as Partner in the Litigation Department. He has been with the firm since 2018. Prior to this he worked with Tracey Solicitors for 12 years.

Anna Owens as Partner in the Litigation Department. She has been with the firm since 2005.

Lorraine Power as Partner specialising in Property. She has worked with the firm since 2013.

HSBC has appointed Fintan Reilly as Head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions Ireland. He was previously Senior Relationship Manager – Institutional Business Development at Danske Bank.

Iveco has appointed Sascha Kaehne as New Business Director UK & Ireland. He has been with the company since 2003, most recently as Business Director for EMEA Heavy Trucks since 2017.

Musgrave Wholesale Partners has announced the appointment of Ciara McClafferty as its Trading Director. She has been with the Musgrave Group since 2008 and has been Trading Director for its Northern Ireland operations since 2015.

Rent the Runway the US fashion Company, has announced the appointment of Dorothy Creaven as Managing Director & Site Lead for Ireland at their new European HQ in Galway. She joins with a strong software engineering background which includes being recognised as one of Ireland’s top 25 female engineers in 2017.

TEKenable, a technology company has appointed Padraig McCarthy as Sales Director. He was previously Corporate Account Manager with Three Ireland for 2 years and was Business Development Manager for Insight in the UK prior to this.

Urbeo Residential, a company which aims to create affordable, high-quality, build-to-rent spaces has appointed Richard Ball as Partner. He was previously Chief Investment Officer for 5 years at Hibernia REIT and was Investment Manager at Clancourt Group prior to this.
