Marcelo and Jorge are certified by Professional & Personal Coaching by SBC - Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching and Gilberto serves as the Commissioner of Human Resources of IBGC - Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute along with 30+ years of corporate director level HR positions.
