H\u00e4r kan du l\u00e4sa hennes tankar kring det moderna ledarskapet \u2013 och vikten av \u00e4rlighet inom executive search.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Vi befinner oss i en komplex v\u00e4rld, pr\u00e4glad av snabb f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Ingen kan undg\u00e5 samh\u00e4llsutvecklingens h\u00f6ga tempo. Nya kunskapsomr\u00e5den st\u00e4ller nya krav \u2013 b\u00e5de p\u00e5 bolag som helhet och dess ledare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">I b\u00f6rjan av min karri\u00e4r beh\u00f6vde en ledare exempelvis inte ha en specifik tech- eller digitaliseringsstrategi p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som de beh\u00f6ver idag. Hela resan kring Industri 4.0 och ledarskapet inom industriell produktion \u00e4r ett tydligt exempel. Ett annat \u00e4r den h\u00e5llbara omst\u00e4llningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Som ledare m\u00e5ste man h\u00e5lla sig uppdaterad inom nya arbetss\u00e4tt, ny teknik, nya aff\u00e4rsmodeller och globala trender. F\u00f6r att inte tala om pandemins effekter p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen och f\u00f6retagskulturen. V\u00e4rlden ser annorlunda ut och ingenting st\u00e5r stilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">Vikten av m\u00e5ngfald<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">N\u00e4r man blickar tillbaka och ser p\u00e5 f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4ttet till j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och m\u00e5ngfald var det inte ett uttalat krav n\u00e4r min karri\u00e4r b\u00f6rjade. Man kunde absolut f\u00f6ra diskussioner kring j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och det fanns en ambition att f\u00e5 in fler kvinnor bland v\u00e5ra longlists. Men det k\u00e4ndes inte alltid som att det l\u00e5g s\u00e5 mycket bakom de diskussionerna kring j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet. Jag brukar s\u00e4ga att jag samlar p\u00e5 duktiga kvinnor \u2013 och i vissa branscher \u00e4r de fortfarande inte representerade. \u00c4ven om de blir alltmer efterfr\u00e5gade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Bolag m\u00e5r bra av m\u00e5ngfald. Det har de alltid gjort. Verksamheter m\u00e5r bra av mixen av k\u00f6n, \u00e5ldrar och etniciteter. Medvetenheten inom det h\u00e4r omr\u00e5det blir allt st\u00f6rre, men det beh\u00f6ver forts\u00e4tta v\u00e4xa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">Att skapa och v\u00e5rda kultur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Alla verksamheter m\u00e5ste jobba med sin v\u00e4rdegrund och de m\u00e5ste skapa en stabil f\u00f6retagskultur f\u00f6r att kunna beh\u00e5lla sina medarbetare \u2013 framf\u00f6r allt om man sl\u00e5ss om eftertraktad kompetens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">I en konkurrensutsatt situation blir kravet p\u00e5 en kultur d\u00e4r medarbetarna trivs \u00e4nnu st\u00f6rre. Det \u00e4r viktigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin tidigare. Ser man till de yngre generationerna kommer de att v\u00e4lja bolag baserat p\u00e5 bolagens v\u00e4rdegrund i allt st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning. Det g\u00f6r att kampen om medarbetare blir allt h\u00e5rdare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">En ledare, och verksamheten i stort, beh\u00f6ver kunna bem\u00f6ta medarbetarnas behov av balans i livet \u2013 och lyssna in medarbetarnas perspektiv. Det \u00e4r ingen nyhet att Covid-19 resulterade i en stor f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring vad g\u00e4ller hybridarbete. Och fr\u00e5n ledarskapsperspektivet resulterar det h\u00e4r i nya fr\u00e5gor. Hur s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller man att medarbetarna som arbetar hemma jobbar p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt? Att de \u00e4r tillg\u00e4ngliga n\u00e4r det beh\u00f6vs? Hur de m\u00e5r? Det \u00e4r fr\u00e5gor man beh\u00f6ver ta itu med och som bidrar till en mer eller mindre fungerande kultur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">Ge r\u00e5d, f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och utmana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Som ledare beh\u00f6ver du kunna st\u00e5 upp f\u00f6r en \u00e5sikt, g\u00e5 i br\u00e4schen, motivera personer och dessutom kunna individanpassa ledarskapet. Men man beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 sj\u00e4lvinsikt. Man beh\u00f6ver k\u00e4nna sig sj\u00e4lv, sina styrkor och svagheter f\u00f6r att bli riktigt framg\u00e5ngsrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Vi \u00e4r en av bitarna i det pusslet. En mycket viktig del i v\u00e5rt uppdrag \u00e4r att hj\u00e4lpa f\u00f6retag vara modiga. Vi m\u00e5ste vara duktiga p\u00e5 att snabbt s\u00e4tta oss in i bolagets kultur, f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vilken typ av personlighet som kommer att bli framg\u00e5ngsrik h\u00e4r \u2013 och inte stirra oss blinda p\u00e5 formell kompetens. Vi m\u00e5ste v\u00e5ga ta ut sv\u00e4ngarna inom executive search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Jag tror att organisationer m\u00e5r bra av det ov\u00e4ntade. Ibland beh\u00f6ver vi ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tta v\u00e5ra kunder \u2013 men p\u00e5 ett positivt s\u00e4tt. Vi beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6ra en dialog utifr\u00e5n deras f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan och v\u00e5ra erfarenheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">Ingen ledare \u00e4r en \u00f6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Jag har n\u00e4mnt ett stort antal nya krav p\u00e5 dagens ledare och h\u00e4r kommer ett till: du beh\u00f6ver kunna och vilja ta hj\u00e4lp. Det \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt att kunna och g\u00f6ra allting sj\u00e4lv i en komplex bolagsstruktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-aos=\"fade-up\">Behoven ser annorlunda ut. Grundbehoven \u00e4r bekanta, men det finns mycket annat som har tillkommit. Men med \u00e4rlighet gentemot sig sj\u00e4lv och \u00e4rlighet fr\u00e5n r\u00e5dgivare som Signium \u00e4r du b\u00e4ttre rustad.
