Jason Soh

Jason Soh is a Partner at Signium Singapore since 2023. He leads Singapore’s Consumer, Financial and Technology sector practices.

During his 25+ years of experience in the corporate world, Jason held roles in Strategic Planning, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. He began his career as a Naval officer in the Singapore Navy where he honed skills as an all-around leader and strategist in Singapore’s maritime defense.

Jason built his industry experience across a diverse set of industries, including Banking, Financial Services, Hospitality, Travel, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Technology. By looking in unexpected or previously untapped places, Jason has a knack for hiring the not-so-obvious talent that can perform well in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments.

An English and Mandarin Chinese speaker, Jason graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a degree in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering. He stays active swimming, cycling, running and golfing.
