Prior to Signium, Kin Chong U was the Director, Organizational and Leadership Development at KPMG China, where he was responsible for the firm’s talent and leadership development strategies. He was also accountable for enhancing the performance and engagement levels of the KPMG talents across China. Before moving to KPMG, Kin was the General Manager for SHL China and Taiwan and led the development and deployment of a series of talent assessment and development tools for major organizations in the ASPAC region.

He leads the talent and leadership solutions practice globally for Signium. He has over 20 years of in-depth hands-on experience as a consultant and an in-house talent development leader. His passion and expertise lie in helping clients to realise their vision and strategic goals, through aligning their organisation with the business direction and building their leadership strengths.

Kin is an Associate Fellow and a Registered Industrial-Organizational Psychologist of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, and has served as the Chairman of the Division of Industrial-Organizational Psychology from 2010 to 2012.
