Paul Lo specializes in Executive Search and Organizational Consulting. Prior to Signium Greater China, Paul was Chief Corporate Officer of Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited.  His role was the executive-in-charge of a range of Group corporate functions including human resources, information technology, properties, corporate communications, marketing, and advertising.  He is a seasoned HR leader with close to 40 years of Corporate HR Management experience as Head of Human Resources in a variety of industries, such as electronics manufacturing, multinational trading conglomerates and integrated multi-media services, including CITIC Pacific Limited, HK Cable TV Limited, and Sime Darby Limited. From time to time, he acts as an internal consultant to the board and senior management in people, risk, and crisis management.  

Based in Hong Kong, he has acquired a wide range of organization management experience of different cultures including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, and in particular China.  During these years, Paul has led many projects in senior executive recruitment, compensation and benefits, succession planning, talent development, and organization development. 

Paul obtained a Master Degree of Business Administration (Executive) from City University of Hong Kong.  He has contributed to serve the community by sitting, in the past, in the Board/ committee of many institutions, such as the Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Baptist University School of Business, the Career Development Board of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Manpower Development Award Scheme of Employees Retraining Board, and Import/Export and Wholesale Trades Training Board of Vocational Training Council. He is currently an Independent Manager of the Incorporated Management Committee of a few Secondary Schools.
