New Name, Branding and Web Presence in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting
03 March 2016
More than 40 executive search and leadership consulting offices in almost 30 countries – currently operating as part of Signium International – will today adopt the name ‘Signium’.
Founded in 1951, the newly-rebranded Signium is a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm with an extraordinary track record.
“Signium helps CEOs, boards and leadership teams find, develop and retain the leaders of the future,” said Allan Marks, Chairman of Signium.
“As well as a new look and feel, we have a new offering to our clients. We combine the scale, reach and rigour of the best global executive search networks with the personalised service and independent, entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique.”
Karen Greenbaum, President and CEO, Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), said “Signium was one of the founders of AESC and it is a great pleasure for me to see their global organisation going from strength to strength with bold new branding and ambitious leadership clear about a bright future for retained executive search and leadership consulting.”
Signium’s unique approach looks beyond the obvious, examining both the hard and soft factors that determine the best fit between candidate and organisation. It is an approach driven by both intelligence and intuition.
Each office reflects the local business culture in which it operates, based on the deep experience and networks of our partners.
