The founder of the company, Werner E. Stein, came to Romania in the early 1990's to build the local NGO SOS Children’s Villages before setting up one of the first Executive Search advisory firms in Romania in 1994. Ever since, it has been at the core of the company, now being led in second generation, to preserve the values of a family-owned, ethical and trustful personal business while also maintaining the highest level of service following core values such as:
