Cheryl Czach

Cheryl Czach is a Senior Client Advisor at Sigred Group, a management recruiting and leadership advisory firm that joined Signium in 2025. She has over 25 years of executive leadership in human resources, finance, operations, talent management, and nonprofit leadership.

Cheryl’s career includes serving as Vice President of Business Administration for a global tier-one automotive supplier, President of a talent management consultancy specializing in staffing and outplacement services, and Executive Director of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Cheryl combines practical leadership with academic credentials, holding an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a master’s certificate in conscious business from the Conscious Business Institute. Her professional coaching qualifications include iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Cor.e Leadership Dynamics Specialist. As a former Forbes Coaches Council member, she published thought leadership articles on organizational development and effective leadership practices.
