We conduct a thorough process of measuring a person’s knowledge, skills, abilities and personal style to evaluate the characteristics and behaviour that are relevant to successful job performance. We use a combination of world-class psychometric tools and behavioural-based interviews, sometimes supplemented by a market benchmark interview and/or a business case presentation. We use individual assessments across a range of client situations, including external and internal selection, individual development, leadership succession and performance management.
Our Assessment Centres can be used for external and internal selection, individual development, leadership succession and performance management. They involve a range of different assessment exercises conducted over an extended period of time (1-2 days typically), usually in groups. Each participant is observed by multiple assessors in different exercises and rated against a relevant competency framework. Exercises include individual and group role plays, presentations, interviews, written exercises and psychometric questionnaires.
360-degree feedback, also referred to as multi-source/multi-rater feedback, gathers feedback from a variety of stakeholders such as direct reports, colleagues, managers, team members and customers, in order to establish a more comprehensive picture of individual performance. We design and facilitate this process for our clients to help facilitate culture change, support leadership development programmes, identify training needs and development requirements, as well as for individual development processes.
