Daniel is an Executive Search Consultant at Signium Greece with over five years of experience in international executive search and talent acquisition. He has managed both national and cross-border assignments across a wide range of sectors, including technology, finance, gaming, pharma & medical, construction, and supply chain.

Daniel works closely with clients to define leadership requirements, identify and assess candidates, and guide them through the entire recruitment process. His focus is on delivering long-term value by ensuring not only the right technical expertise but also the cultural alignment and leadership qualities necessary for success.

His background includes projects with startups, scale-ups, and multinational corporations, giving him exposure to different industries and organizational structures. In addition to traditional executive search practices, Daniel has applied AI-driven recruitment methods, optimizing efficiency while maintaining the personal, relationship-driven approach that is essential in executive placements.

Fluent in Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, and English, Daniel is able to support international clients and connect with diverse talent pools. He holds a BSc in Tourism Administration & Travel Services Management from the University of West Attica.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new technologies, and staying active.
