Zeynep is a Senior Associate at Signium Istanbul, supporting C-suite and senior leadership searches across a range of industries.

She began her career in the healthcare sector, where she built a strong foundation in stakeholder management, complex coordination, and high-touch client engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams sharpened her ability to assess individuals, motivations, and organizational dynamics with nuance and depth.

Zeynep later transitioned into executive search, specializing in the identification, assessment, and placement of senior leadership talent. Prior to joining Signium, she was part of Michael Page, where she managed end-to-end search processes, partnered closely with clients on tailored hiring strategies, and delivered impactful leadership appointments.

At Signium, she combines a structured, research-driven methodology with strong interpersonal insight, enabling her to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. She is committed to creating long-term, high-quality leadership matches that support sustainable organizational growth.

Zeynep holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sabancı University and is fluent in Turkish, English, and French.
