Flavio Beretta is the Managing Partner of Signium Argentina, bringing more than 35 years of experience in Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting across Argentina and international markets. He advises Boards, CEOs, and senior executives of national and multinational organizations on leadership, governance, and organizational transformation.

Throughout his career, Flavio has held senior leadership roles at a renowned local firm and at Deloitte—one of the global Big Four—where he led the Executive Search & Human Capital Advisory practice. His work has consistently focused on strengthening executive leadership teams, enhancing Board effectiveness, and guiding organizations through complex transformation and change.
